SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES
No.2 Collection ships to Canada and USA. We are happy to offer international shipping, however, you must contact us at concierge@numbertwocollection.com prior to purchase. Please include the items of interest and your full shipping address to receive a shipping quote, prior to placing your order. All sales are final.

For customers outside of Canada, No.2 Collection is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. All cross-border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
All items are final sale. They may not be returned for store credit and are ineligible for exchange. 

Any damaged or broken items must be reported to No.2 Collection project upon receiving - we will do our best to offer a replacement on the item if there is one available. 

No.2 Collection is a curation of one-of-kind vintage finds, and a selection of artisanal works from makers around the world. Due to the vintage, handmade and organic nature of many of the materials used to make these items, we are unable to offer returns for small defects, inconsistencies in colouration, grain or patterns. Similarly, vintage pieces should be expected to have signs of age and wear. These unique markings are characteristics that we celebrate, and only add to their charm.
